PharmaCall

Privacy policy

How we handle your data and your client pharmacies' data.

Working version — this document is under legal review and may change before its final version.

Data we process

To provide the service, we process the distributor's account data (identity, contact details, billing), their product catalog, the pharmacy book (names and phone numbers), the orders, and the transcripts of calls made to the order line.

Purpose of processing

This data serves exclusively to operate the service: order taking, checking items against the catalog, recognizing calling pharmacies, tracking orders, and improving the agent's reliability. It is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes.

Call transcripts

Calls to the order line are not audio-recorded. A written transcript of the exchange is kept and attached to the corresponding order, so the distributor can verify and correct orders.

Technical processors

Voice processing relies on third-party artificial-intelligence providers for understanding and speech synthesis. Telephony is provided by third-party number operators. These providers process data strictly to deliver the service.

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with the distributor. When the account is closed, it is deleted within a reasonable period, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable personal-data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning you. To exercise it, contact us at the address on the contact page.

Security

Access is protected by authentication, exchanges between services are encrypted in transit, and each distributor's data is isolated from other accounts.
