PharmaCall

Terms of use

The framework for using the PharmaCall service.

Working version — this document is under legal review and may change before its final version.

Purpose of the service

PharmaCall provides pharmaceutical distributors with a phone order-taking voice agent, an order-management dashboard, a product catalog, and a client pharmacy book.

Account and access

The account is opened in the distributor's name after verification. The distributor is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for how their teams use the account.

Role of the voice agent

The agent records orders expressed by callers after confirmation, based on the catalog provided by the distributor. The agent gives no medical, pharmaceutical, or substitution advice. Final validation and fulfilment of orders remain the distributor's responsibility.

Responsibility for catalog data

The distributor is responsible for the accuracy of their catalog (products, packaging, prices). PharmaCall checks items against this catalog but cannot be held liable for errors arising from incorrect catalog data.

Subscription and billing

The service is provided under the chosen plan (free trial or subscription). Each plan's limits (lines, simultaneous calls, minutes) are stated at subscription time.

Availability

We do our utmost to keep the service continuously available, without being able to guarantee zero interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription under the conditions stated at subscription. Upon termination, the distributor may request an export of their order and catalog data before deletion.
