Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Audixy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, send spam or harassing messages, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscription and payments
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at the next renewal.
Intellectual property
All Audixy software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audixy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or the law. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
